Shipping Pricing:
Please note: Shipping prices may vary further than what is listed on this policy page, so please check your shipping estimate or cart to see what pricing is available currently. For any questions, simply contact our team for clarification or any questions.
Click and Collect:
- Orders can take 1-3 business days to be ready for collection
- A team member will let you know when your item is ready for collection
- Items marked as "In stock online" are stored off-site and need to be ordered in
- Click and Collects can be picked up during opening hours - Monday - Friday 8-5pm or Saturdays 9-3pm.
Standard orders:
- Total cart value under $99 (NZ Wide): $10 flat rate
- When your cart is valued over $99 (NZ Wide): FREE Shipping*
- Rural deliveries up to $150 (NZ Wide): $17.50 flat rate
*This excludes selected tyres, bikes, outdoor power equipment and large items (see below)
For tyres:
- Local delivery $20
- NZ wide delivery $20
For small/medium bulk-sized items:
This includes items such as some dog mats, batteries and other items...
- Local delivery $10
- North Island $30
- South Island $50
For medium bulk-sized items:
This includes items such as outdoor power equipment, tents and other items...
- Local delivery $30
- North Island $100
- South Island $150
For selected larger items (bikes, ride-on mowers, chippers etc.):
- Local Delivery (Manawatu-Wanganui): Approx $50
- North Island (Excl. Manawatu-Wanganui): Approx. $350*
- South Island: Approx. $600*
*These prices are estimates, and our team will do our best to source the best shipping rates NZ wide. These prices can be added to your cart and our sales team will work closely with you during the post-purchase phase to return or add the remaining shipping outlay depending on time and location.

Lost Items: The City Honda Store makes every effort practical to ensure that items are delivered to the address stated by the customer. If the incorrect address was input by the customer, City Honda is not liable for replacement items, and or costs associated. If an item is lost by the courier, you agree not to hold The City Honda Store liable for any loss, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with City Honda's dispatch.
Delivery Estimates: The City Honda Store makes every effort practical to ensure that delivery timeframes given are accurate. However, the delivery times stated for products on this site assume that the stock availability information provided by our suppliers is accurate and that delivery times are not adversely affected by unforeseen events. By placing an order, you agree not to hold The City Honda Store liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.
Ships within 48 hours, ship Monday-Tuesday are only an indication of when are order may be shipped, and delivery times are based on the assumption that products are in stock with our third-party supplier. Due to circumstances out of our control, this may not be accurate.
P.O. Boxes: Please note that only a few select couriers ship to P.O. Boxes throughout New Zealand, so where possible please choose a delivery address that isn't your P.O. Box. Due to this, we may have to contact you to change or adjust the address if we cannot ship it to your P.O. Box.
Delivery Addresses: Please ensure the delivery address is accurate and complete. City Honda will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrectly provided delivery information.
For items outside of our store: Some of our items can be purchased through external links, such as Honda new bikes (at hondamotorbikes.co.nz), used bikes (at trademe.co.nz) and through Honda Genuine Parts (at genuineparts.hondamotorbikes.co.nz). These shipping prices are calculated through these websites and are not set by us in most cases.
