Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping (excluding Rural)
- Cost: Spend Under $99 = $10
- Cost: Spend Over $99 = FREE
- Delivery: 2-3 working days within New Zealand
- Exceptions: Large items, Lawn Mowers, Trimmers, etc.
Rural Standard Shipping
- Cost: Spend Under $99 = $17.50
- Cost: Spend Over $99 = $10
- Delivery: 3-6 days for rural areas.
- Exceptions: Large items, Lawn Mowers, Trimmers, etc.
Larger Items - Can take up to 10 Business Days to Deliver
Small / Medium Item 3-8kg (Blowers, Small Water Pumps, Hedge Trimmers, Chainsaws)

- North Island $30
- South Island $50
Medium Items 10kg - 49kg (Water Pumps, Small Generators, Trimmers, Post Hole Borers etc)

- North Island $100
- South Island $150
Medium / Large Items 50kg + (Push Mowers, Big Generators, Big Water Blasters)

- North Island $130
- South Island $230

Loading Ramps
- North Island: $30
- South Isaland: $50
Automower House
- All of New Zealand: $45
Dangerous Goods (Battery's, Flammables):
- All of New Zealand: $16
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Delivery times (after processing finalised) vary depending on your location:
- Manawatu region: 1-2 business days
- North Island: 2-5 business days
- South Island: 3-5 business days
- Rural areas: May require additional 1-3 days
