Originally founded in 2008 by Chrissie and Kevin Carian, City Honda Manawatu has grown into one of New Zealand’s leading motorcycle and outdoor power equipment brands. In February 2017, the business was sold to three local shop owners: Scott Newton (of Scott Newton Motorcycles, Shannon), Bevan Bisset (of Bisset Honda, Pahiatua) and Ingrid de Graaf (of Bisset Honda, Pahiatua). 2022 marked a major milestone for the business as Scott and Rachel Newton took sole ownership. With Scotts extensive knowledge of the industry, passion for the community, and brilliant business sense the City Honda brand is stronger than ever.
