Chest: Measure around the fullest part, under the armpits

Waist: Measure around the natural waist line, inline with the navel. 

Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, 20cm below the waistline.

Height: Stand against a wall and get someone to measure from the floor to the top of your head. 

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of the bust.
