We are currently developing a universal shipping policy, but for now our shipping pricing is as follows:
- Total cart value under $99 (NZ Wide): $15 flat rate
- When your cart is valued over $99 (NZ Wide): FREE Shipping*
*This excludes selected bikes, mowers and large items (see below)
For selected larger items (bikes, ride-on mowers, chippers etc.):
- Local Delivery (Manawatu-Wanganui): FREE Shipping
- North Island (Excl.manawatu-Wanganui): Approx. $250*
- South Island: Approx. $500*
*These prices are estimates, and our team will do our best to source the best shipping rates NZ wide. These prices can be added to your cart and our sales team will work closely with you during the post-purchase phase to return or add the remaining shipping outlay depending on time and location.
These larger items will appear under shipping estimates automatically when you select these products, but if you're unsure then get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to help provide the most accurate shipping information.
Click & Collect
We offer a free click and collect option for those based in the Manawatu. With the exception of larger items (bikes, ride-on mowers, chippers etc.), simply choose the shipping option as 'Click & Collect' and we'll send you a text once your item has arrived in-store! Easy as that.

Multiple Products: If you have several items in your order, they may be sent out in multiple packages, arriving separately.
For items outside of our store
Some of our items can be purchased through external links, such as Honda new bikes (at hondamotorbikes.co.nz), used bikes (at trademe.co.nz) and through Honda Genuine Parts (at genuineparts.hondamotorbikes.co.nz). These shipping prices are calculated through these websites and are not set by us in most cases.
As a kiwi consumer, your purchases are protected under the Consumer Guarantee Act and Fair Trading Act. As a small, independent business, we are still developing a returns policy that goes above and beyond this protection. During this time, If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to help find a solution.
Unfortunately, several items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. These include various helmets and helmet padding, thermal layers (including balaclavas), watches, underwear, socks, earplugs, compression clothing, under layers and swimwear. Please purchase these products with the consideration of this fact. These products are still guaranteed under the Consumers Guarantees Act.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, send them back to us.
